Use this JelloPoint troubleshooting guide to check missing items, menu selection, ordering, prices, badges and Elementor display issues. Start with the checks that match your symptoms.
Menu management is separate from the widget. Being able to open JelloPoint in WordPress does not by itself mean Elementor is active.
Open the widget’s Data Source panel and check Menu first. Choose the intended menu explicitly.
The Fallback to all items when no Menu/Section option can display items when neither a menu nor a section has been selected. Select your menu before adjusting the layout. Also check whether a Sections filter is restricting the result.
Save the arrangement in Menu Builder using Save Structure. Then check the Elementor widget’s Data Source settings.
Items Order By can sort by title or price instead of the saved order. Choose Order (menu order) and Ascending when you want the builder order. Check Item order per Section as well: a section-specific choice may differ from the overall choice.
For a price, open the item and review Pricing. Confirm that the intended price is entered and save the item. In Elementor, review Prices and Labels for the currency symbol and label presentation.
For a badge, check that it is selected on the item under Dietary Badges. Then open the widget’s Badges panel and check Show Badges and its presentation settings. A price label and a dietary badge are different fields; changing one does not change the other.
Switch to Elementor’s mobile preview. Review Layout → Columns and try one column if the menu feels cramped.
Under Labels Layout, review Tablet & Mobile behaviour. Check long dish names and price labels, and review Section Overrides if one section behaves differently. Also check the width and padding of the Elementor container holding the widget.
If you edited an item in another browser tab, use Refresh in Menu Builder before checking its placement.
If the issue remains, note the JelloPoint, Elementor and WordPress versions, the affected page URL, and the menu and section involved. Describe what you expected, what happened and the steps that reproduce it.
Include a screenshot of the relevant settings and the visible result. Remove license keys, passwords and other private account details before sharing screenshots.
Do not delete menu content as a troubleshooting step. Preserve a backup before testing changes that could affect existing content.
Do not enable “Delete all JelloPoint Restaurant Menu data when uninstalling the plugin” as a troubleshooting step. With that setting enabled, deleting the plugin permanently removes its restaurant data.
