Something is not working

Use the Troubleshooting guide if an item is missing, the wrong menu appears, ordering differs from Menu Builder, or prices and badges look unexpected. It also covers mobile layout and changes that are not appearing on the website.

Questions about how JelloPoint works

The FAQ explains menus, sections and items, reusing content, visibility, price labels and badges, Info Blocks, and what happens when the plugin is deactivated or removed.

Contact support

If the guides do not resolve the issue, open your own WordPress administration area and choose JelloPoint → Contact Us, where available in your installed edition. For an account or license issue, first check JelloPoint → Account.

Describe what you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the exact wording of any error message and whether the issue appears in Elementor, on the public website or in Print / PDF.

What to include in your request

  • Your JelloPoint version and edition, plus WordPress and Elementor versions.
  • The affected public page URL, if it is accessible.
  • Short steps that reproduce the issue.
  • The selected Menu and Section, and relevant widget settings.
  • A screenshot showing the problem, with private details removed.
  • Any recent update or configuration change before the issue began.

Do not include passwords, license keys or other private credentials. For an import problem, describe the report and affected rows without sharing an entire file containing private data.

Keep the current menu content intact while investigating. A missing display is often a selection, visibility or layout issue; removing content is not a useful first troubleshooting step.
