WordPress Restaurant Menu Builder Guide

A Menu is a collection such as Dinner or Drinks. A Section groups related dishes, such as Starters. A Menu Item contains a dish or drink, its description, prices and badges.

Build the content in WordPress, then select the Menu in Elementor. Styling the widget does not create or assign dishes.

1. Open JelloPoint → Menus, enter a name and optional description, and add the Menu. Some releases label this form Add Category.
2. Open JelloPoint → Menu Builder and choose the Menu in Select Menu.
3. Under Create New Section, enter a title and select Create and Add Section.
4. Repeat for the groups you need. To reuse a section, use Choose Existing Section → Add Existing Section.

Leave Daily Menu disabled for an ordinary menu. Use Daily & Weekly Menus for date-based display.

Use Create Item in Editor to open an item editor in a new tab. Enter its title, Description and Pricing, choose its Menu assignments and publish it. Keep Show this item on the site enabled for visible dishes.

Return to Menu Builder and refresh the selected Menu. Under Add Existing Items, choose the Target Section, select unassigned items and choose Add selected to Section.

An item can belong to more than one Menu, with one section per Menu. Its title, description and prices are shared wherever that item appears.

Drag sections and items into the required order. Drag a section right to make it a subsection, or left to move it out again. Use Collapse all to make a long structure easier to scan.

Choose Save Structure, then reopen the selected Menu to confirm the arrangement.
